Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. An order is not accepted until we have received payment and confirmed the order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there is an error in pricing. Cancellation requests may not be possible once an order has entered processing or dispatch.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in CAD and may change at any time. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude any import duties or taxes that may apply on delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched from New Zealand with tracked shipping. Estimated delivery is 5-15 business days. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns

Returns are handled in line with our Refund and Return Policy, which allows returns within 30 days of delivery subject to the conditions set out there.
