This policy explains how and when we ship orders, how long delivery takes, what it costs, and where we deliver.

Where we ship

We deliver to addresses in Canada. All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment facility in New Zealand with tracked shipping.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched from New Zealand within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimate

Estimated delivery is 5-15 business days from the date of order, including processing and tracked international transit from New Zealand. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as transit can be affected by customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather, and peak periods.

Shipping cost

Standard tracked shipping is free on all orders. All prices on this store are shown in CAD.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. We send your tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs and import duties

Orders are shipped internationally from New Zealand. Any import duties or taxes that may apply on delivery are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
